Buster’s first birthday is tomorrow! He was born November 11, 2008. This is the picture Amy took the first day I got him, when he was only about 8 weeks old. Time seriously flies. I’m really lucky.

Buster came back with me to New York for a few days, and he’s definitely making good use of our backyard. He seems to be a lot more comfortable in the pool now, considering he gets on the floating chair voluntarily! He still won’t jump in the water though, which is probably for the best.

Had a great trip to this past weekend to visit Katelin in Missouri. It was especially awesome because Buster got to come too. He played with Gunther (their German Shepherd), ate ice cream, went on many long walks, and learned that he can swim (though he doesn’t like to)! Here he is lounging with me in the pool. I miss St. Louis.
